This January the CCSF Photography Department will celebrate 75 years since its first class offering in 1939! To celebrate, SF Camerawork will host a juried exhibition of work by current and former students, faculty and staff.
Eligibility: Photographic artists having taken a credit course in or been employed by the the Photography Department at City College of San Francisco anytime from 1939 to the present are invited to submit work from any genre (commercial, fine art, documentary, etc).Jurors: Sandra S. Philips, Curator of Photography for SFMOMA, Norman Maslov, Agent International and Richard Koci Hernandez, Assistant Professor of New Media at UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism will jury the entries.
Photographers may enter no more than three works and must adhere to the guidelines. All accepted work must be exhibition ready (e.g. delivered framed and ready to be installed in mid-December).  Entry fee.In addition to work chosen for the SF Camerawork exhibition, work will be considered for CCSF’s Gallery Obscura, as well as included on the Photography Department’s website and print-on-demand exhibition catalog.  Accepted entries will be eligible for prizes on the eve of the opening party, January 17, 2014 from SF Camerawork including free memberships and more!
