Epperson Gallery of Ceramic Arts (CA), National Call for Ceramic Artists: Clay Matters

The Epperson Gallery of Ceramic Arts, located in Crockett, CA, presents their call for artists for Clay Matters: First Annual National Ceramic Art Competition. This call is open to artists nationally. All artwork must be original and completed within the last two years. Clay must be the primary medium. Open to sculpture or vessels. Artwork cannot have been previously exhibited at Epperson Gallery. All  wall works must be ready to hang. Entry fee.

Juror: Beth Ann Gerstein, Executive Director at the American Museum of Ceramic Art.

Awards: First Place: $1500.; Second Place: $1000.; Third Place: $500.

Size limitations: Art must be able to enter through the doors with a clearance of 80”h x 84”w. Ceilings in the gallery are 11 feet high. Nothing over 60 lbs will be accepted.

All artwork must be for sale. Epperson Gallery handles all sales transactions. Artists receive a 50% commission from all gallery sales.
