Museum of Craft and Design (CA), International Open Call for Entries: Style ’18
Deadline: June 1st, 2018
The Museum of Craft and Design announces their open call for artists working in jewelry, apparel, and accessory design for Style ’18. Style ‘18 will take place at the museum over two days on Saturday, November 3rd and Sunday, November 4th, 2018. We are inviting designers who specialize in wearables to submit an application to be included as vendors in this year’s event. The application fee is $25, and our jurors will select 36 national and international designers. There is no booth or space fee, and the museum will receive a portion of sales to support educational programs for children and families.
Jurors: Diane Master has had a dynamic presence in the Bay Area craft and design scene as the founder of the prestigious Palo Alto Clay and Glass Festival, now in its 26th year. JoAnn Edwards has overseen the Museum of Craft and Design’s vision and growth since its founding in downtown San Francisco in 2003 to its relocation and acclaimed 2013 grand reopening in San Francisco’s historic Dogpatch district.
