The Dairy Barn Arts Center (OH), International Call for Entries, WideOpen: Excellence in Photography

The Dairy Barn Arts Center is pleased to announce the inaugural biennial exhibition WideOpen: Excellence in Photography, an international photography exhibition presented by SONY Corporation, School of Visual Communication, Ohio University – Athens, Ohio University College of Fine Arts and The Dairy Barn Arts Center.

Jurors for the exhibition are Molly Roberts, Brook Shaden and Brian Smith- three of the finest photographers and editors in the photography world today. 85 works considered to be the best of contemporary photography will be chosen for the exhibition, which will display at the Dairy Barn Arts Center from September 29th – November 18th, 2018. The exhibition will then travel to the SONY gallery in New York City, New York and other locations to be determined.

Photographers will be able to submit up to three works for consideration. The Barn will be offering submission discounts for students and Dairy Barn members. Photographers selected for the exhibition will be eligible to win over $10,000 in prizes and cash awards, including a SONY camera and lens, travel, cash and artist residencies. Entry fee.
