University of North Texas, Call for Submissions: Digital Fabrication Exhibition at the University of North Texas

Deadline: March 12th, 2017, midnight CST

The North Texas Digital Fabrication Group (NTDFG) invites submissions for an exhibition at the University of North Texas in conjunction with the 2017 Digital Fabrication Symposium. The exhibition aims to highlight work that explores the intersections of art, science, technology and craft. Any artwork created with the assistance of a digital device will be accepted, including 2D and 3D, installation, interactive and time-based works, AR, VR, and work involving a website or an app. Submissions will be juried by Danielle Avram, a curator and writer based in Dallas and the Gallery Director at Texas Woman’s University.

The exhibition is open to all artists 18 years of age or older. Each participant may submit up to three pieces for consideration.

Artists are responsible for delivery and pick-up of their own artwork. All work needs to be shipped or personally delivered to UNT by April 11. Return shipment or personal pick-ups will be scheduled for April 22. Shipped work must include return delivery label.
